An ancient and holistic therapy
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy that dates back as far as 5000 years. It is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside traditional healthcare to promote better health for their clients.
Aside from being a wonderfully relaxing experience, reflexology has many benefits. It may boost circulation, enhance immunity, eliminate toxins, relieve pain, increase energy levels and help create a stronger body and calmer mind as it works to bring balance and harmony. Note, that reflexology does not seek to diagnose or cure illness but aims to facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.
