Hello. My name is Jo and I'm a qualified Reflexologist based in East Ewell, Epsom. I offer relaxing, restorative Reflexology and work from my home studio.
Before training as a Reflexologist, I had a full-on corporate career the first time around and understand how stress can manifest itself in mental and physical ailments. Following some of my own health and well-being "challenges" I turned to Reflexology, and it really helped!
As a result of my own positive experiences with Reflexology - I decided to retrain in this amazing therapy. I was delighted to qualify with a distinction in 2017 and I am proudly a full member of the professional body - The Association of Reflexologists.
Reflexology is an amazing therapy that can:
A one-hour session of Reflexology is £50.
Located on the Non Such Court estate in East Ewell, Epsom , conveniently very near to East Ewell train station and for those who wish to drive, off-road parking is available.
I'm a believer in the power of the mind body connection which is why I named my practice "Sole to Soul Wellbeing". Working in total confidence with you, treatments are tailored to your own specific needs with the sole aim of improving your overall and individual well-being. With a holistic approach to your wellbeing and health, I offer all my clients a free wellbeing consultation as part of each and every session.

Client Review K.P. October 2023
This month in my May newsletter...we are what we eat? Well – not quite – but without doubt, what we feed ourselves really can impact our physical and mental health so - if you’re looking to feel a bit better – it’s worth taking a look at eating habits. Sometimes it can all feel a bit overcomplicated though so I’ve put together a few easy wins that I use which I hope might be helpful.
UPFs: So much out there at the mo on this one. Ultra Processed Foods. But basically, a good rule of thumb is that if a listed ingredient can’t be found in your kitchen cupboard – it’s probably best avoided.
Happy tummies: It’s been recommended that we should be aiming for 30 DIFFERENT plant foods in our diet every week. Nuts, seeds, veg, fruit, anything basically that is plant-based. The good bacteria in our guts – the little microbes that influence our digestion and much more – including our mental health! - need variety to thrive. If 30 feels a bit overwhelming – just add a few extra this week and go from there. Add a few new ones each week.
Oats: Fab for reducing cholesterol, full of fibre – but annoyingly, heavily farmed and sometimes loaded with pesticides as a result. Wherever possible choose organic to get all the benefits without any of the unnecessary nasties.
Bread: Have you ever looked at the label on your fave loaf? Bread should be flour, yeast and not much else. There are good loaves and ones where the ingredients list reads like a scifi novel. Rule of thumb - the simpler the better – take a look next time you buy and choose bread as opposed to bread like products! Or give making your own a try.
Reflexology is an ancient and holistic complementary therapy that works on the basis that our feet are maps of the body.
Reflexologists apply gentle pressure to specific points on the feet with the aim of generating a positive response in both mind and body.
Reflexology promotes relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep, releases tension and aids general wellbeing.
An excerpt from a recently published article on the benefits of Reflexology also explains it well: "With ever-increasing levels of stress in everyday life, it is important to recognise the detrimental effect this can have on the body, and to take action to address it. As such, reflexology could be one of the therapies you employ to ease these stresses. Improved well-being is much more than simply the absence of illness; it’s also thought to include an improved frame of mind, better relationships with those around you and increased happiness."
